They may only be used for repairs to restore the intended vehicle to its original appearance. Our products are delivered without instruction of installation. Installation of our product may only be carried out by trained specialist technicians in specific car repairs. Products supplied by us are exclusively intended for proper and appropriate use. The warranty may become invalid in the event of: improper installation or repair, unsuitable application or use, installation or repair made outside specialist car workshops. Warranty claims are lost if the vehicle is modified and used for motor sports, tuning or similar events (except our tuning parts which are described in TecDoc and on our price list). Warranty application should include complete documentation among others: chassis no., first registration, vehicle mileage, information about LPG installation, fault memory log, pictures, our QC (quality check) code, installation invoice, contact details of the car repair workshop performing the replacement or repair. Warranty application are available in our Client Panel system. Complaints may require supplementing data such as error memory logs. Incomplete documentation may result in rejection of the claim. Any damage caused during transport is not considered quality damage and will be considered on an individual basis. The product is intended for use within the performance limits specified by the manufacturer and should only be used by qualified personnel who have been trained to operate this product. Before each use, the product should be checked for damage or fixing of its parts and not used if any defects or loose parts are found. Failure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines could result in potential product damage or even injury. Wear appropriate protective clothing if necessary when working with the product. Všeobecné informace: Products supplied by us are without exception intended for the designated use. Please note that our products are usually delivered without installation instructions. Installation may only be carried out by trained specialist personnel. There is no guarantee for inappropriate, improper or unintended use. In the warranty, we always make a distinction between wear parts and vehicle parts. All wear parts are subject to a reduced warranty period and a maximum mileage. Brake components such as brake disks, brake pads, etc. maximum of 1000 km (break-in period). Therefore, warranty claims for brake parts are only reviewed with an installation invoice and a record of the wheel hub run-out measurement, including photos. For brake disks and brake pads, the break-in requirements specified by the vehicle manufacturer must be observed. When replacing brakes, the chassis components must always be checked with regard to clearance and the wheel hub with regard to wobble, and the appropriate documentation must be produced. If the vehicle is no longer in its original condition due to tuning work such as wheel accessories and tracking plates, the entitlement to make warranty claims is lost due to third-party work. The same warranty claims are lost if the vehicle is used for motor sports or similar events.
